Pergo Creator — Data deletion
To request deletion of your Pergo Creator data, send a private message to @pergoreviews with “Pergo Creator privacy request”, your Instagram username and the relevant Reel permalink. State that you want your data deleted. Do not send passwords or tokens.
Juan Cruz Pergolesi handles these requests manually and may verify ownership through the relevant Instagram account. This contact method does not require the automated link-reply feature to be enabled.
We review associated comment identifiers, account/media identifiers, reply records and operational records. Any necessary limited retention or backup limitations will be explained. Removing a comment from Instagram does not itself remove Pergo Creator’s records, and a request to Pergo Creator does not delete Meta’s or another provider’s independent records.
For Google/YouTube data, email pergoyt@gmail.com from the authorized account. Specify the channel and records concerned; never send tokens or passwords. You can revoke API access in Google account permissions.
